Our U13 Milcol team spiced up their pre-season training last night with a fun and energetic Boogie Bounce session! The boys took a break from their usual drills and hit the mini-trampolines, combining fitness with fun in a workout that got everyone moving and laughing.
Boogie Bounce, known for its high-energy routines set to music, proved to be an excellent way for the team to build strength and stamina while enjoying themselves. The session was led by Claire Holmes, who guided the boys through various exercises that kept them engaged and challenged.
